Casual Support Worker - Day Programs

Casual (with potential to grow into ongoing or Key Worker roles within SIL houses)

About the Role

Join our day programs team, where no two days are the same! You’ll be supporting people with disabilities to engage in meaningful, community-based activities - think social outings, creative workshops, cooking, fitness, and skill-building adventures.

You’ll be part of a close-knit crew who values teamwork, laughter, and real human connection.

If you’re the kind of person who sees the ability in every individual and believes growth happens through kindness, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Bring

  • Empathy and kindness - it’s who you are, not just what you do.

  • Unrestricted driver’s licence (and confidence getting around the community).

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Commitment to learning and professional growth - SWAA membership encouraged (and rewarded!).

  • Reliability, teamwork, and great communication skills.

Experience is great - but the right attitude matters more. We can teach skills; we can’t teach heart.
